MULTI DYNAMIC FARM
Work in diverse areas such as reforestation, permaculture and community organization while living in a farm where the animals live free.
This is a non-profit, class-based, organization constituted by forty-one communities, and various peasants, indigenous, and mestizo base organizations in the Northern Andean zone. It was created in 1977, after a long socio-organizational process that was headed by a group of young indigenous Cotacachi intellectuals. The desire to eliminate the conditions of discrimination and poverty, which the majority of rural and indigenous peoples faced in the area, was the main motivation for uniting the communities and beginning this project.
They implement, programs, projects, and activities with the participation of communities. This organization fights for food sovereignty through access to water and land, the conservation of biodiversity, the promotion of agricultural production and other productive, sustainable alternatives and fair marketing of our products. Being education and health rights, they demand access for all and generate innovative proposals with an intercultural approach.
